On February 13, 1919 state of war was announced in Lithuania. After few weeks the War censorship regulations have been approved. There are 4 different types of censor cachets known and all of them are shown in the exhibit. In the catalog by V.Fugalevičius, P.O Cancels in Lithuania (1990) and its supplement (1997) there are 6 different cachets listed. This exhibit displays 13 different cachets.
